Meet the Staff

Dr. James Holland, D.C.

    Dr. Holland is a native Virginian and graduate of James Madison University, he received a chiropractic degree at Life University in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Holland won a National Chiropractic Award and was published twice in the Chiropractic Journal and was recognized as an Outstanding Young Virginian. He has been in private practice for over 13 years in Richmond's West End and in Ashland for over 3 years. Through his association with "The Body By God" program, Dr. Holland has become a sought after speaker at many churches and business groups. Dr. Holland has been married to the love of his life Nicole for 17 years. They have a beautiful 4 year old son named Hunter and a rescued Chocolate Lab called Bella. Dr. Holland and his wife have formed a team that is dedicated to saving lives, and helping you and those you love reach your God given potential though chiropractic care and functional medicine programs.

Tiffany Lewis

Tiffany is our Office Manager for both of our locations and Spinal Decompression Specialist. She can brighten up your day, make you laugh and care for you like only family can. She moved to Richmond from Northern Virginia with her husband and 3 children. She looks forward to welcoming you into the Holland Family!

Jessi Rowsey

Jessi is our functional medicine coordinator. She is currently enrolled in Bon Secours Medical Imaging program. She offers up a smile with each and every patient encounter and could talk for hours about her love for the Dallas Cowboys!
