Your First Visit

Patient Forms

Upon entering our office one of our outstanding chiropractic assistants will greet you and welcome you as a member of our family.  We will request you fill out our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Dr. Holland will give you a step by step explanation about chiropractic and how your condition may be helped in this office. Dr. Holland will do a complete chiropractic examination, testing your range of motion, postural imbalances, neurologic dysfunction, and palpate for spinal misalignment.

X-Ray Studies

If misalignment/subluxation is suspected in your spine x-rays maybe taken to get a full evaluation of you and your condition. X-rays help us rule out serious non-chiropractic issues and assist us in the assessment of how serious your chiropractic issue may be. X-rays give us vital information in developing the most effective care plane for you. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays and can often immediately identify misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Based on the information gathered from the consultation, examination, and x-rays, the Doctor will determine if your first chiropractic adjustment will be given on this first visit or scheduled for the next day. Dr. Holland will give you a brief overview of your problem, how it's affecting you, and if we can help. Treatment is interactive with you so you can express any concern you have about the style of adjustment you will be most comfortable with.

Report of Findings

Your doctors report is your most important visit in our office. We set aside very special times so that you and a loved one can review your x-rays, see how your spinal problems are affecting you, and how we can help. This report will answer the four most popular questions.

1. What's wrong?
2. Can you help me?
3. What do you recommend that I do to get better?
4. How much is it going to cost?
